Samsung rolls out third Android Nougat beta for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge

Samsung has, at least, begun public testing of its Nougat update for those enrolled in its Galaxy Beta Program. It released its first Android 7.0 preview to the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge earlier this month, followed a week later by a further release. Today, as SamMobile reports, Samsung is rolling out its third Android 7.0 beta to those devices, starting in the UK.

Second Nougat Beta rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge in Europe

For the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge smartphones, Samsung announced the beta release of Android 7.0 Nougat a week ago in three important smartphone markets: the United Kingdom, United States of America and South Korea. Samsung is using its toned-down user interface, called Grace UX, which has left a number of features as stock.

The Korean giant has now started rolling out its second Android 7.0 Nougat beta for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge in Europe. The update promises to improve performance and stability, and fix an issue that caused the Facebook app to force close. Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Android 7.0 Nougat update to be tested soon in the UK and US

It was earlier reported that the Galaxy Beta Program was updated on November 4th to show that Android 7.0 Nougat is on the way based on an update to the Galaxy Beta Program app. Samsung has since pulled the Galaxy Beta Program app and the servers don’t appear to be fully functional right now.

But according to a Samsung website the Korean company will soon start testing the Android 7.0 Nougat beta on the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge.
